R.M. Staff

The Rural Municipality of Antler is supported by various departments that work together to provide essential services, maintain infrastructure, and support community growth. From Council to Administration and the Maintenance Crew each department is dedicated to ensuring the R.M. remains a safe, efficient, and thriving place to live and work.

Jocelyne Toms-Delmaire - Administrator ​

​​Jocelyne began working with the R.M. of Antler No. 61 as the Assistant Administrator in the fall of 2013.  Jocelyne obtained her level "C" certification in 2015 through the University of Regina and became the Administrator in 2021. Jocelyne has recently  obtained her level "A" certification in 2025.

Julie Sweeting - Assistant Administrator

Julie began working with the R.M. of Antler No. 61 as the Assistant Administrator in the fall of 2021. Julie comes to us with  experience from a local Village.

​Maintenance Crew

​Colton Hainsworth - R.M. of Antler Foreman

Colton began working with the R.M. of Antler in the Spring of 2022 and became the Assistant Foreman in 2023 then the Foreman in 2024.

Kevin Keyes - R.M. of Antler Assistant Foreman

Kevin began working with the R.M. of Antler as a Full Time maintenance operator in the Spring of 2019.  Kevin is currently the Assistant Foreman.

Travis Castle - R.M. of Antler Full Time Operator

Travis began working with the R.M. of Antler in the Spring of 2024 and became our Full Time operator in the fall of 2024.

​Marcel Henrion - R.M. of Antler Seasonal Operator

Marcel began working with the R.M. of Antler in the Spring of 2021 as a Seasonal Operator. He was able to help out the R.M. for a few winters and is now back to being a Seasonal Operator.​​
